Second club meeting
February 2, 2018 @ 4:30 p.m. Ruston Hall Multi-Purpose Room
At this meeting we will be discussing important information about our biggest event, the International Food Expo! We will cover schedules for cooking, decoration, and entertainment. We also will be making flags to lead to the entrance of Food Expo. Information about Spring break trip will be discussed too!

International FOOD Expo
February 16, 2018 @ 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Carter Hall
This is the International Club's biggest event on campus! Located in Carter Hall, from 10:30am-2:00pm, there is going to be food from 20 different countries, music, dancing, entertainment, a fashion show and more! Tickets are on sale now for $10 in advance, and $12 at the door at the Center for International Programs office (UC East 1235). If you are interested in volunteering or performing at this event, please don't hesitate to sign up in the Center for International Programs office. You do not want to miss out on this great event! |
Third Club meeting

Whew, Food Expo is over! Now we can relax and talk about the itinerary for spring break. Even if you don't plan to join us for spring break, you will want to come to this meeting. Not only will we have an ice cream social afterwards, we also will discuss nominations for new upcoming officers.

Spring Break 2017
March 3 - March 10, 2018 (tentative)

iClub is traveling to sunny Florida for our 2018 Spring Break Trip! Our first stop will be Orlando, Florida where we will stay for 3 days. We will stay right next to Downtown Disney for easy access to all the Disney Parks, restaurants, and activities happening in Orlando. We will spend the remaining time at a nearby beach town.

iClub positions will be open for the 2017/2018 school year starting April 3rd. For position descriptions please visit our website home page and view our constitution. If you are interested in running for a position please nominate yourself by emailing Alexander Lopez at alopez2@eagles.usi.edu or Nicole Vernon at nmvernon@usi.edu by the given deadline. If you will be running for an office position, you will need to attend this meeting and be prepared to give a brief presentation about why you are running for the position. Voting will take place the following week and the winner will be announced at the iClub semi-formal. As a reminder, only paid iClub members can vote. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any of the current officers!
